Can I edit or cancel my order?

Once an order has been accepted and is being processed, it's no longer possible to make any changes to it. This includes editing the products, quantities, shipping address, or cancelling the order.

This is because production begins shortly after an order is accepted, making it difficult to interrupt the fulfillment process once it is underway.
